The Material We Build With

We chose them. We're certified to install them. We stand behind them.

TimberTech AZEK — Advanced PVC Decking

TimberTech AZEK decking is made from Advanced PVC, not traditional wood-plastic composite. That distinction matters — especially during Virginia summers. PVC does not absorb moisture, resists staining, and handles long-term exposure to water far better than many lower-end composite products.

All four AZEK collections are built around the same 100% Advanced PVC core. As you move up through the product lines, the differences are primarily in color depth, texture realism, and board aesthetics — not structural performance.

Multi-width boards are available for custom layouts and patterns, and the material can also be heat-bent for curved deck applications.

Warranty:
• 50-Year Fade & Stain Warranty
• Lifetime Structural Warranty

WESTBURY RAILING

Digger Specialties Westbury railing systems are known for their durability, clean design, and wide range of customization options. We are a Westbury Certified Master Pro — the company’s highest installer tier.

We offer six Westbury railing styles:

• Tuscany — traditional aluminum picket railing and our most commonly installed system
• VertiCable — vertical cable railing with a modern look and improved safety for pets and children
• Sorrento — contemporary mesh panel railing
• Riviera — Tuscany-style railing with an added mid-rail detail
• Glass Panel — framed glass railing for unobstructed views

Westbury railing is available in 12 powder-coated colors and both 36" and 42" railing heights. Optional upgrades include drink rails, post-cap lighting, stair riser lighting, and integrated lighting packages.

We also install Westbury ScreenRail — a fully integrated screened porch system built directly into the railing structure itself, rather than a screen system added onto an existing deck later.

Deckorators Mineral-Based Composite

Deckorators decking uses a mineral-based composite core instead of a traditional wood-based composite, which creates a noticeable performance advantage. The mineral core provides exceptional dimensional stability with very minimal expansion and contraction through Virginia’s changing temperatures and seasons.

Both collections we offer are full-thickness boards and capped on all four sides for added durability and moisture protection.

Summit Collection
A companion line built on the same mineral-based composite technology with a full-thickness capped design and a slightly more simplified aesthetic lineup.

WHAT WE WON’T USE

  • Wood decking — every board we use is PVC or mineral-based composite

  • Wood railing — every railing is maintenance free

  • Budget-grade composite (capped on only three sides, grooved bottom)

  • Posts set directly in the ground
