The Coordination Angle
You hire us. We handle the rest
Concrete, pavers, and stone work are subcontracted to specialists we trust — but you deal with one company, not three. We schedule the work, we manage the trades, we hold the warranty, and we make sure the patio elevation matches the deck step-down so you aren't tripping coming off your grill.
Every subcontractor we use carries their own insurance and provides a certificate of insurance and a completed W-9 before they set foot on your property. Same standard we hold ourselves to.
WHY THE BASE MATTERS
The work nobody sees.
Every cheap patio you've ever seen sink, lift, or pool water at the house had the same problem — somebody skipped the base. Compacted aggregate to spec. Geotextile separation. Edge restraint locked in. Drainage planned before the first paver is set. Boring stuff. Exactly why ours last.
PRICING
Typical Pricing
Stamped concrete patios typically range from $18–$35+ per square foot, while paver patios are usually in the $25–$50+ per square foot range depending on the paver style, pattern, and base preparation required. Most patio projects vary significantly based on grading, drainage, access to the work area, how much material has to be moved, retaining walls, and whether equipment or concrete pump trucks can easily access the site. Patio covers generally range from $7,000–$40,000+ depending on size, roof style, framing material, lighting, finishes, and overall features.
