WHY ONE CONTRACTOR MATTERS
Five contractors. Five warranties. Five blame games.
When five different contractors build five different pieces of a backyard, you get five different schedules, five different warranties, and five different versions of "the other guy was supposed to handle the drainage." The pieces don't talk to each other, and it shows. When we design and build it as one project, the deck height accounts for the patio elevation. The lighting is wired during framing, not retrofitted later. The fire feature gas line is trenched while the patio base is open. It's cheaper, it's faster, and it ends up looking like one place — not five glued together by accident.

pavilion or louvered roof.
